Yes — combined volume across categories counts toward the same pricing tier, so mixing adaptogens with sports-nutrition or wellness ingredients in one order is normal and often more efficient than separate enquiries.
They're volume-based pricing bands: Starter (1–10kg/month), Growth (10–50kg/month, reduced per-kg rate), and Scale (50kg+/month, custom pricing agreement). Full detail is on the Wholesale & Trade Accounts page.
No — there's no minimum stockholding requirement or lock-in contract. Each order is confirmed individually against our standard trade terms.
Each product page states the standardisation, trade dose reference and form we supply as standard. If you need a different concentration or extraction ratio than what's listed, ask — many products can be sourced to a custom spec on request.
Most of the catalogue is plant- or mineral-derived with no animal ingredients. A small number of products are animal-derived by nature (fish-oil Omega-3, for example) — check the individual product page for confirmed status before it goes on your own label.
Organic certification varies by product and isn't standard across the whole catalogue. Ask about a specific ingredient if organic certification is a requirement for your formulation.
Often, yes. Message us with the specific ingredient and your target volume, and we'll confirm whether it's something we can source through our existing supplier network.
Botanical or technical source, standardisation percentage, trade dose reference, form (powder, extract ratio, etc.), origin, and testing method — the same structure used on every product page in the catalogue.
Powder is the standard form for most of the range, with some products available as concentrated extracts (e.g. 8:1, 10:1) or softgel-ready liquid oil. Check the individual product page's "Form" field, or ask if you need something specific.
HPLC or an equivalent validated method confirms the active/standardisation figure, alongside heavy metal, microbial and pesticide screening as relevant to the ingredient. See Quality Assurance for the full process.
Yes — the current certificate of analysis is sent as standard practice alongside pricing when you enquire, not held back until after you've committed to an order.
Yes, our manufacturing partners are GMP-certified and audited on our own schedule rather than taken on trust from a spec sheet. See Quality Assurance for details.
Every COA we issue is tied to a specific batch number that traces back to the testing lab. If you need additional verification for your own due diligence, ask and we'll confirm what supporting documentation is available.
Any batch that doesn't meet its stated specification isn't released for sale. If you receive product that doesn't match its COA, contact us immediately and we'll investigate and resolve it.
Standard UK & EU dispatch is 24–48 hours from confirmed order, since stock ships direct from the source facility rather than a shared warehouse cycle.
Our standard dispatch service covers the UK and EU. For other markets, contact us to discuss feasibility, likely lead times, and any additional import documentation required.
Products with specific storage requirements (certain oils and softgel-format items, for example) are packed accordingly for transit. Ask if you need confirmation of handling for a specific ingredient.
Standard trade packaging is a sealed, labelled pouch or container sized to your order quantity, suitable for onward storage or direct use in your production process.
Yes — if you have a preferred logistics arrangement, let us know when you order and we'll coordinate collection rather than using our standard dispatch.
Neutral packaging is plain, unbranded, available from the Starter tier. Custom-labelled packaging carries your own branding and is available on qualifying volumes. See Private Label for both routes.
Custom-labelled packaging typically requires higher volume than neutral packaging to be cost-effective — ask for the current threshold when you enquire, since it can vary by product.
We can advise on label requirements and constraints for the packaging formats we use, though full label design is typically handled by you or your own designer. Ask what we can support with directly.
Custom-labelled orders generally take longer than standard dispatch, since packaging and labelling are produced to order rather than held in stock. We'll confirm a specific lead time when you enquire.
Standard trade payment methods including bank transfer are accepted as a matter of course. Ask about other payment options when you place an order if bank transfer doesn't suit your business.
Payment terms are confirmed as part of your order, and typically depend on order size and account history. New accounts should expect to pay before dispatch; ask about terms as your account develops.
Credit terms may be available for established accounts with a consistent ordering history. This isn't offered as standard for new accounts — ask once you've placed a few orders with us.
Pricing communicated in quotes is generally ex-VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is confirmed and applied at invoicing according to your business's location and VAT status.
Yes — every order is accompanied by a formal invoice detailing the products, batch references, and agreed pricing, suitable for your own accounting and import documentation.
Novel Food status depends on the specific ingredient and how it's used in your formulation. We'll flag anything relevant when you enquire, but the EU Novel Food Catalogue is the authoritative source — always verify independently for your target market.

You are, as the buyer formulating and selling the finished product. We supply raw ingredients and testing documentation; verifying that your finished product, labelling and marketing comply with regulations in your target market is your responsibility.
